Ann Fields brings more than 20 years of experience in financial leadership to mission-driven organizations, including 18 years as Financial Controller for an international nonprofit, pairing hands-on command of the close, audits, budgeting, grant compliance, and internal controls with strategic guidance for boards and executive teams.
Most recently, as Director of Finance at The Center for Black Educator Development, she led finance operations across a $10M budget and 10+ grants, partnering with executives, boards, and auditors to strengthen accountability and support sound decisions. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from SUNY Albany and is an MBA candidate at the University of Illinois Gies College of Business.

Daniel Jaffe is a hands-on CPA and CFO with 15+ years of experience managing financial operations for commercial companies and international NGOs, with deep roots in Jewish communal and Israel-connected organizations.
For over 13 years, Daniel served as CFO of the World Union for Progressive Judaism, where he and Ann Fields worked side by side and built the partnership that now anchors NPI Advisory Group.
At NPI Advisory Group, Daniel brings CFO-level leadership in operational rebuilding, debt restructuring, and crisis turnaround.

Shana Yarde
Finance Coordinator
Shana Yarde supports NPI Advisory Group with client onboarding, financial organization, and basic accounting services.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Russell Sage College and brings a detail-oriented, dependable approach to client support.
